- Selection of starting line ups will be based upon the objective of selecting the two evenly matched teams that give us the best chance of winning both matches
- Players will be selected in positions that the Coaches consider to be most suited to the player's abilities but where possible taking into account their desired playing position
- Substitutes will be used to give ourselves every chance of winning the game e.g. tactically, strengthening the team in certain areas, bringing on a fresh pair of legs
- We will also endeavour to give all Subs a game whilst not jeopardising a favourable result
- Selection criteria will include a combination of Ability, Behaviour and Commitment but expect higher ability players to be on the pitch until we are in a clear lead, or for the majority of a match if it is a close game
- Future player recruitment (matches and training attendance) will be based upon Ability, Behaviour and Commitment together with the longer term ambitions of 11 a side football (from season 2012/13)
